We Do Not Offer Custom AI Model Training Unless Explicitly Mentioned.

Users May Make Minor Adjustments (Tone, Rules, Filters) As Provided In The Platform.

You Agree To:

• Provide Accurate And Updated Information

• Ensure Login Credentials Remain Confidential

• Use The Service Only For Lawful Purposes

• Not Misuse, Reverse-Engineer, Or Attempt To Bypass Platform Security

• Comply With Applicable Indian Laws Including IT Act, 2000 And IT Rules, 2021

You Are Responsible For The Content And Data You Input Into The System.

We Collect And Process Data In Accordance With Our Privacy Policy And The Applicable Provisions Of The Information Technology Act, 2000.

• We Do Not Store Email Content Or Personal Data Unless Required For Service Functionality.

• Data Is Encrypted And Handled With Industry-Standard Security Practices.

• By Using The Service, You Consent To Data Processing As Described.

• Plans Are Billed Monthly Or Yearly Based On Your Selection.

• All Fees Are Non-Refundable Unless Required Under Indian Consumer Protection Laws.

• We May Modify Pricing With Prior Notice.

• Non-Payment May Result In Suspension Or Termination Of Service.

Payments Are Processed In Compliance With RBI Guidelines For Digital Transactions.

The AI Agents Generate Responses Based On Patterns And Available Information.

• AI Output May Occasionally Be Inaccurate Or Incomplete.

• The Service Is Provided "As Available" And "As Is" Without Guarantee.

• Users Must Independently Verify Critical Or Sensitive Information.

• We Are Not Liable For Decisions Made Based On AI-Generated Content.

You Agree NOT To Use The Service To:

• Generate Harmful, Illegal, Or Abusive Content

• Violate Privacy Rights Or Data Protection Regulations

• Send Spam Or Unauthorized Communications

• Mislead Users Or Impersonate Individuals

• Upload Harmful Files, Viruses, Or Malicious Code

Violation May Result In Immediate Termination.

All Trademarks, Software, Algorithms, Designs, And Content Belong To The Company.

Users Receive A Limited, Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable License To Use AI Agents As Per Their Subscription.

You May Not Resell Or Redistribute The Service Without Written Permission.

• You May Cancel Anytime Through Your Dashboard.

• We May Terminate Your Account For Misuse, Non-Payment, Or Legal Violations.

• Upon Termination, Access To Agents And Data May Be Revoked.

To The Maximum Extent Permitted Under Indian Law, The Company Is Not Liable For:

• Loss Of Profits, Data, Or Business

• Indirect Or Consequential Damages

• Service Interruptions

• Errors Or Inaccuracies In AI Output

Liability Is Limited To The Amount Paid In The Last 3 Months.

You Agree To Indemnify And Hold The Company Harmless From Any Claims, Damages, Or Losses Arising From:

• Your Misuse Of The Service

• Your Violation Of These Terms

• Your Violation Of Applicable Laws

These Terms Are Governed By The Laws Of India.

Any Disputes Shall Be Subject To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Courts In [Insert City: E.G., Bengaluru/Mumbai/Delhi].

We May Update These Terms At Any Time. Changes Will Be Communicated Via Email Or Platform Notification.
